Fabulous,
Professional Service!
My
husband and I suddenly realized that the two gas fireplaces in our home, which
we never used, might need to be cleaned. We found AirFlow on the BBB site and
called them up. They were professional and friendly AND most importantly
knowledgeable right from the start. The technician who came out was very
experienced and helpful! We WILL go back to AirFlow when we need to replace our
HVAC/AC in the coming year or two!

I have
been using AirFlow Service for about 3 years. They did all the ductwork for my
basement, they installed a humidifier, and we now have a general maintenance
contract with them. They are a great company because they are always prompt.

Service had the best pricing and the best technicians for my installation. Andy
and Mark, the owners, actually came and did the installation, and they did a
great job. They covered the floors, so it was clean and nicely done. Everything
with the unit is working fine. I have a service agreement with the company, so
that if I have any issues they will come out the same day or the next day. I
haven't had any issues yet. They have fantastic service and stand behind their
work.

Service has been fantastic. They actually listen to their customers. If
anything doesn't pan out they stand behind their work. Our house is very dry,
and we have used Honeywell equipment. I like their thermostats, but not any of
their equipment. AirFlow has installed three Honeywell systems, and all three
have leaked. They have been fixing them, and are going to install a new type of
system, all for free. They stand behind their work 100% with no ifs ands or
buts. They take full responsibility, even though it is the equipment that is
faulty. We are very happy with them. When we call them they give a two hour
window for when their technician will arrive. If for some reason the technician
will be late, they will always call. If I am not going to be at home I will
tell them where I hid the key. I have absolute trust in this company. There was
an older guy who I felt was getting ripped of by his HVAC company, so I told
him about AirFlow. He raves about them now. They fixed his problem for next to
nothing. I haven't heard a single negative thing from any of the people I know
who use them. They come on time, they clean up when they are done, and they
know what they are doing. If a technician is having a hard time with something,
the owner will come out himself to help them. The prices are very reasonable. I
know with the tough times many people are cutting out their maintenance
agreements, but with AirFlow that is a mistake. Their service package will save
you a lot of money.

Always a
good job with good service follow-up
We have been using Airflow since about 2006 and
wouldn't use anyone else. They have done or redone all of our heating, air
conditioning, humidifier, air cleaners, ducting, water heater and now a new
whole generator. When any issue has come up, they are always willing to go the
extra mile to make sure everything is working properly. Their service
technicians are polite, nice, tidy and prompt. Their prices are always
competitive. And the office staff is equally as pleasant and helpful. Can't go
wrong with Airflow.

We were pleased with the service. It was quick and attentive. We liked
the installed thermostat so much that we decided to install another. So far, we
think it has made a difference but we need to see some very hot weather to tell
for sure.

rate company - very professional.
Airflow Service sets the standard that ALL contractors should strive
for. Their technicians are courteous, punctual (when held up in traffic, they
call and let the customer know how long they might be) and most of all, know
what they are doing. They also are very good at preparing a work area and
cleaning up once the job is done. My recent experience involved them replacing
a water heater that had broken down. Not only did they do the job well but it
was within 24 hours - despite being held up by traffic. If only all contractors
could be like this!!

Service

what needs to be done. They are respectful of my time and environment. They

Customer Service!
Although something went wrong with the installation of our fireplace,
AirFlow Service was very responsive, getting a technician to call us
immediately to see if we could fix the problem over the phone, sending a
technician in next day to fix the problem, and when it recurred, sending the
installer back, which finally fixed the problem. The staff was courteous and
engaged and very concerned about our proble.

NO Further! AIRFLOW IS THE WAY TO GO!!
This company is by far the best one out there-locally- We should know,
we've had 3 OTHER local companies come to our home and they all had something
DIFFERENT to say about our BOILER: One sent 2 people out that had conflicting
diagnosis, one said they didn't want to touch it in it's current condition
they'd rather replace it(of course) and the last said $4k to FIX it(after they
burst a pipe under our home that had nothing to do with the boiler!). THEN, at
my breaking point,I called a commercial Boiler Co. and asked for a referral- SO
SUPER GLAD I DID!-They said Airflow was the BEST for a boiler -- and they ARE!
We were just about ready to take the plunge and put a huuge dent in our savings
and replace the entire unit, unwillingly - until we met Andy who, from the get
go was entirely sure that he could fix it and for much less than the OTHER Co!
We received prompt, courteous, clean and EFFICIENT service and couldn't be
happier with our decision to go with Airflow- the unit is functioning like new
and the fact that we were able to put a much smaller dent in our funds is the
icing on the cake!! We LOVE an honest company! MANY MANY THANKS TO EVERYONE at
AIRFLOW and especially HANDY ANDY :) Also, we are not located in Manassas and
were thrilled that they would come out and service our home in Warrenton. We
will definitely be calling on Airflow in the future and HIGHLY,HIGHLY RECOMMEND
their company!!! Six thumbs up and 20 stars from us :) Our home is warm and
toasty this winter and our boiler has been working more efficiently too. THANKS
AGAIN!

HVAC system and service more than met expectations.
Airflow provide a new HVAC and gas furnace in June 2010. The
installation was done quickly and professionally in about six hours leaving the
area as clean as when they arrive.
It's quieter and much more efficient than the replaced system.
For July with nineteen days over 90, two of them over 100 my electric
bill was significantly lower than last year which was one of the coolest summer
since moving to VA.
I couldn't be happier with Airflow as my HVAC contractor.
